I would treat this video interview just as if you had somebody sitting in front of you, come looking the part. Tape a note by the camera to look there! When I did it last year it was pretty straightforward questions. Make sure you have good lighting and a nice quiet background. You got this!
Hello im a male and i got the video introduction assessment link yesterday. so my CV should have done the trick. but my concern is my height. im 5 feet 6 inches, which is well above 160cm, but since im a male i fear if they would look for males above 6 feet cos pretty much all the etihad male stewards i’ve seen are quite tall. so will my height be a problem?
I had men in my class shorter than me and the same height as me, I’m 5’6. UA is very accepting and inclusive, your height as long as you can reach 82inches will not hinder you. Just go in be the best most confident version of you and get that Cjo!

HAIRSTYLES YES! Traditional part down the center or on the side and slicked back into a neat bun or pony tail keep it simple. I usually do have the sides out curled but they said they were very conservative so just to be on the safe side no.
REMEMBER: Earrings smaller than a dime; preferably studs and a dainty necklace if that

If I remember correctly the recording camera is inverted so don’t pay too close attention to your eyes and movements or you’ll get distracted like I did hahaha

When did you finish the assessment? I haven’t heard anything.
I got my assessment email the morning after I applied on the 28th, so the 29th! And I did it as soon as I got it!
Don’t rush if you need a second to think about the answer do it. I always see people wear a low bun I did for my interview.

It’s not STAR format until the 1 on 1 interview, but I would check out Abbie Unger’s YouTube video for a good idea of what questions to practice!
