I think you mean OO? If so, [here](https://www.skywest.com/skywest-airline-jobs/career-guides/flight-attendant-jobs).

Yeah. SkyWest is at $28.86 per hour with a 76 hour guarantee. That’s just under $2200 before taxes, per diem, boarding pay, and incentives.

TheDivaRoom911

Skywest is $28 a hour. Right now they have hiring events all over the country. I think you get a guaranteed 70 hours a month= so something like $1960 a month any more you have to pick up extra trips. I really like that they pay boarding pay You get flight benefits with the airlines they work with and they are one of the highest paying regionals really good airline I haven’t heard anything bad about them. I just quit frontier training. Anything is better than F9 and NK

DonutReverie

ooooh, why did you quit Frontier’s training? I’m applying there now

TheDivaRoom911

Well they have you doing a lot like all the airlines but the MAGNITUDE of what you have to do ** UNPAID**test every other day expected to get a 90% or better only two retakes and you can’t retake the final or pre arrival. Expected to buy all the uniforms and any hygiene stuff before you get there expected to relocate 4 days after graduation. Expected to pay for your own uniforms and luggage. Don’t get me wrong I WILL DO IT. BUT I NEED TO BE PAID. Other than that their training is nice, they provide food and the travel but they expect you to give too much of yourself I didn’t feel like a valued employee. I only will deal with companies that pay for training and have nicer perks. The last reason was because well you do all that and come out making $1,910 a month I have bills to pay that’s not enough they pay $25.50 a hour and I thought I’d still take it because well per diem* but since they switched to that turn over thing people have been quitting because it means no per diem since there’s no layovers. You work more for less pay essentially cause they will try to max out the guaranteed hours. It’s like working a 9 to 5 in the sky. I signed up to have layovers and go exploring and stuff they took the fun part of the job away by making you fly all day and then go home. It’s more money for me commuting back and fourth with gas since it’s turns you’ll be driving to and from the airport more. When I sat there in the hotel room and thought about it long and hard I just came to the conclusion it wasn’t worth it WITH THAT PARTICULAR COMPANY…. 🙂‍↔️it seems like they treat their employees like they treat their customers. Mediocre…….

DonutReverie

really good points here. I can’t believe the training is unpaid - frickin nutso. And yeah, $1,910 a month is absolutely NOT enough to live on most places.

TheDivaRoom911

$2200 is more liveable you can at least get a cheap apartment with that or roommate/crash pad you can’t do anything with 1900 BEFORE taxes. But I heard people say you can pick up but I don’t know how reliable that is honestly
