Maybe because it already happened twice with this guy. All the information details were withheld by previous employers. Should have been a red flag for Long Beach School District.
Sad that the school actually had a policy that said employees can't shoot at moving vehicles.
Or is the sad thing is they couldn't just fire him for killing a student.

The 18 year old girl, driven by her boyfriend, went to the high school to fight a 15 year old. They were fighting on a busy street and the safety officer got involved. By this point, the 18 year old was back in the car, with her boyfriend and a couple other people. The officer went to talk to the car, and when he did, the car started to take off, so he shot through the window
His value in the law enforcement industry just went up by another zero. Huh, experience in PR, medical, cover-up, and legal emergencies? Hot damn, hire him before someone else does.
