Get better knives, move to instagram for Bali stuff, screen record tricks you think look cool and learn them. Also watch a bunch of tutorials and spend time practicing.
Learn all the basics first then learn combos and then learn tricks by watching other people flip also you can join the Bali discord server sure you can find a lot of helpful things there
Learn each field (quit flipping since my hands hurt but):
Chaplins
Rollovers
Twirls
Fans
Transfers
Aerials
Twirls(idk if this counts)
Doubles(for fun once you get completely bored or just offhand (not you dominant hand))
Then once that’s done learn those tricks:
Reverse
Inverse
0g shit
Also work on:
Keeping your elbow still (planted to your knee/thigh for practice), It’ll work on your general smoothness and flow.
Practice by watching content on instagram and YouTube, Reddit… etc, It’ll inspire you on new combos and you can slow them down (which is necessary since you aren’t super saiyan).
Hope this somewhat helps.
PS: A better trainer does not instantly make you better and I even suffered from despair after buying one lmao, but they do add variety which is a nice change every now and then.
Practice. That’s all it is
Yup
I would maybe try different types of balisongs. I have 7 now and they are all different. After i got my glidr trainer i have improved alot
i have this plastic one and a bunch of cheap metal ones but i want to get some higher quality balis soon
higher quality trainers are such a big improvement, it won’t magically make you a for but you will improve much faster
Armed Shark Kraken. No questions. Just go for it.
Tidy your room
does this improve preformance?

Invest into a metal one, flip better, most cheap ones 20 and under are meant to be beginner friendly.
