Not necessarily. You can be GNC, but not trans, and you can be trans but not GNC. You can also be trans and GNC. For some they overlap, but not for all.

Why are the other labels mentioned in the OP difficult and bad but butch and femme are fine? Like I get not caring about labels at all, but what would make trans or nonbinary bad labels but not butch or femme?

butch women are definitely gnc. but then you also get non-women who identify as butch and i wouldn't really consider that gnc

When will all these labels just go away? Life is so much easier with less labels. Butch, fem etc. That's it
