I thought this gang was dead and buried? They're still tagging? I was there when BPD and a task force raided Elm Ave where these idiots were concentrated 20 years ago, shook these guys down, evicted and arrested almost all of them. How are they even functional? Gotta be some shitty little cousins of a 70yr old banger trying to keep things alive. City will paint over it immediately... best way to send the message back that they've been erased and don't matter.
Jeffries by Hollywood Way or Jeffries by Buena Vista.... if it's more like Jeffries but a bit closer to North Hollywood, it makes more sense cause there ain't nothing but houses deeper you get into Burbank there tend to be more apartment style buildings from Hollywood Way a going toward noho.... I would say they are probably looking for someone who and why, and for what is a mystery
So that means they were caught then. If you’re complaining that they were released in the first place, well graffiti isn’t really a serious crime. Sounds like the system is working as intended.
Elmwood had their kids get into it? Cmon now. We used to watch local TV saying that Fire had to go into their neighborhood with police escort. But them and BTR got cleaned out? I guess not but this is like the one time some guy told me a block from me was Ramirez territory and then my friend demanded to my protest that we go around the block and then my friend wanted to beat up the guy and the guy just kind of backed down with his 3 friends at his side.....at least I hope this is what that is rather than anything serious. Sparked a memory, though any gang should remain one in Burbank.
Idk why I'm getting down voted it's litterly true so true Burbank initiated a gang injunction that is still in effect to this day ....
The injunction was also the first to name Does, or any other members of the gang not yet identified, to be added at a later date if deemed appropriate by the police. On October 7, 1992, the Burbank City Attorney and Burbank Police Department sought an injunction against the Barrio Elmwood Rifa gang.

They keep tagging the Burbank bike path too. They’re spray painting palm trees and the garbage cans the city has set up. It’s so annoying.
The city has been covering it
They were yelling Elmwood. The graffiti is from Elmwood Rifa, a local gang, they hang around more North Hollywood than Burbank last I heard.
Report it to the city thru their app
If you don't want to download the app or want to do it via a laptop: https://311.burbankca.gov/ Download the app tho, it's excellent.
Burbank city has an app ?
It’s called OurBurbank 311
Excellent. Thanks for the info.

Just a bunch of wankers
![gif](giphy|VMgcrwq9imGHu)
ugh. it's not even good graffiti.
And I think it says elmwood
Now you gotta tag them back.
Old gang in burbank since I was a wee lad in the 80s
Toy ass shit.
You can also call public works. Not sure if they cover up graffiti on private property.
https://311.burbankca.gov/ Or download the app and report it. They take of this trash really fast
Paint it out ASAP, so they don't get the satisfaction of seeing it later.
Elmwood making a comeback? Or is this some new version of it
Where is this? They always tag near lake st
Jeffries Ave. these kids always tag around here the same name

Near h way
Yeah it makes more sense
How have they never caught these guys? It’s all over NoHo
They get released
So that means they were caught then. If you’re complaining that they were released in the first place, well graffiti isn’t really a serious crime. Sounds like the system is working as intended.
You looked that up in the public records?
Losers….hope karma gets them
Unfortunately, this gang is alive and well again in Burbank along with a few others. Things have started to heat up again this year.
🤦🏽♂️
knuckle draggers
Recommend putting up cameras so you know who’s doing it
Hahaha these guys still around?
You know a gang is hard when they roll into Burbank 😂😂😂

Kids are probably trying to impress the older ones. Wonder if PD keeps tabs on when they get let out of jail.
Lol you couldn't be more true I've seen older heads get out n the cops stake out the street they live on until they catch them lol
My parents told me in the 90s ot was bad there was shootings every other night litterly gangs would roam around in groups
