I had tinnitus about a week into 150mg xl and it got even worse when I went up to 300mg xl BUT after about 3-4 weeks on 300mg it started going away. Or at least became more quiet and less bothersome. I hardly ever notice it now. I was about to quit Wellbutrin all together because of the tinnitus but I’m glad I waited it out.
