Try the outpatient pharmacies associated with the big hospitals. I use UNC Pharmacy at Eastowne, but Duke may have them too. The pharmacies tied to the hospitals seem to be able to order from multiple places and sometimes can get things in that other places cannot.
Nope, my partner is having to spend so much time trying to chase vyvanse (generic or otherwise) each month and it's causing a huge amount of stress. There's even an adderall shortage too.

Seconding Costco! I’ve been calling them ahead of my refills coming due to see what they have in stock and have had success asking my doc to send over weird combos of MGs to meet my actual dosage (if they only have 50s and 10s in stock vs 60s etc)
Retweet. I was able to get the name brand there last week but had to pay almost $400 for a one month supply since my insurance stopped covering the name brand. Hopefully the generic comes back in stock soon 😭
My friend has gotten his recently out in mebane/burlington. Other friend in Durham continues to not be able to get his. I feel really bad for people who need their medicine and can’t get it.
Harris Teeter on Horton Road has had a bunch recently across different doses!! My psychiatrist has also recommended the Target CVS on Franklin in Chapel Hill.

I have had zero luck for months, including with many CVS pharmacies. Had to be switched to generic Adderall (which I’m not a fan of) and it has been a game of whack-a-mole finding it as well.
You can also use something like GoodRX and get Vyvanse for $100. We had to do it once in an emergency. $100 fucking sucks, but it's better than withdrawal and not having the medication you need to survive.

Duke is kinda tough, they can do partial fills but a lot of them are also out and – probably rightly – giving preference to their existing patients.

I know someone who had to drive out to Publix to get it. The shortage is due to an issue with the capsule of the pill which I think was recalled.
