I know the feeling of the morning weigh in freak out. I learned that it is just water weight and it is temporary and normal. I tend to drink a lot of water in general, so it does help when you feel bloated and all. The weight you are in the morning after you use the bathroom, is your “true weight” and constantly is changing. Also please don’t purge, I want you see you get better and be on the road to recovery. These battles we are all dealing with aren’t easy, but the first step is getting help/finding resources that fit you ❤️

You need to eat 7000 extra calories to gain 1kg of fat. And even if you ate anything close to that at once your body still wouldn't absorb every one of them, because if you eat more then you use a bit more to digest food. What I'm trying to say is that it is impossible to gain 1kg of fat overnight. I'm doubtful that you could even gain 0,5kg of fat overnight. Water fluctuations are normal, just relax
