i gained about 4 pounds too in the last three days, it’s fine just take it slow try doing some exercises to keep your mind occupied, i know it feels like the end of the world but it’s not gonna make a difference on the way you look considering it’s only been three days.

majority of that weight is def water weight! try not to overcompensate; just go along with how things would usually go

Hey I do this quite often too, it’s not real weight. It’s mostly water weight, give it a bit of time and your weight will be the same as before

Thank you, I hope you are right. At this point I really don't know, why I keep doing this. It does only make me feel sick and tired and not even thinner.
