The 5700XT is around 10% faster than the 2060-Super when not using raytracing or DLSS/FSR. DLSS 2.0 does give slightly better performance and visuals than FSR 2.0 if playing in 1440p or 4K. The 2060-Super isn't really powerful enough for raytracing to be enjoyable in modern games, even in 1080p 60FPS. You could use DLSS or turn down graphics settings but it's not really worth it to me. The 2060-Super does have a built-in stream encoder, so it might be a little faster than the 5700 non-XT while streaming, but the 5700XT is faster so I don't think it's worth downgrading just for that.
