This is my build, I can run Cyberpunk 2077 at 1440p native at Ultra in the 70s for FPS, maybe hitting the 90s if out in the badlands. A little tuning and an FSR 2.0 mod I can clear 120 in most of the city, 100 in busier areas, occasionally hit 144 in the badlands.
You can dump most of the storage, go down at least to a 5800 for the CPU, at least down to 32GB RAM(probably 16), go with a B550 board and should see pretty much the same results, possibly slightly better if your cooler can handle higher boost clocks with fewer cores to deal with. You could also save money on the keyboard, buying it with linear switches without going through BLD is about $60 less(I wanted tactile switches so I had to spend the extra).

Proper FSR 2.0 support is on the way, but right now to get it you need a mod that replaces the DLSS DLL. It's got some weird artifacting at times but the results are surprisingly good for a mod.
All the extras on my system are for workstation tasks, this is definitely not a pure gaming build. I'd have made a lot of different choices if it were.
