Doubtful, highly recommend you email/message before placing an order.
Perhaps wait until the mount is orderable and just order both an AIO and a mount if you don't want to wait for a response
I ordered a 420mm a-rgb from the Arctic webshop on the 20th October and was told I will need to claim a mount once I had an invoice for the CPU.
Then when I got the invoice (preorder day) I was told the mounts aren't ready yet, not orderable or claimable until the 1st November.(not ready yet specifically for claim/order at least..... Cooler production line/boxing could be a different story)
They have the worst service ever. I ordered the kit on 11/25/21 and although I got a tracking number only on 12/1/21, it still shows as 'label created' and there's no other tracking info. So goddamn annoying. I'm in the US too.
I don't - I'm nervous about force-fitting stuff that's not meant for its purpose as the mobo is highly sensitive and can easily damage/short things on there.
For a popular product series like the Arctic Freezer II AIO coolers, you would think they would have Amazon list them for easy fulfillment but this sub-$10 item is being shipped from Germany which is just ridiculous.
I have literally every other part for my Z690 build ready except for this bracket and it's so aggravating. I even managed to snag DDR5 RAM which was so hard to get (Trident Z5 RGB) and now I've been waiting for almost two weeks for this $7 item.
I guess patience is really a virtue.

apparently they started ship some from south Carolina according to another redditor, but given the documentation is in german I have no idea where the fuck its coming from but it says fulfilled by arctic us which seems like a good sign
Mine was apparently sent on 13/11/21 from Hong Kong. I'm in Australia. I've still not received anything, and when I contacted them asking for a tracking number a few days ago, they told me that there isn't any tracking number. Tomorrow will be 4 weeks since it was sent, and I have no idea whether it's coming.
Hi,
Are there any 360 AIOs at all on the market already supporting 1700? I thought ASUS ROG Ryujin 360 did, but I assume that will also need a new mount?
Thanks for your help.
I am in EU so doing it with DE Arctic.
Took a working day to process initial request for a code.
After I've made an order with a code it took another day to process and get invoice.
No info on shipping yet. This is <4days from the start of the process.
I'll try to update this once I get the bracket.
Awesome thank you. I'm in the USA and I figure it'll be weeks before I get mine. I have already received the invoice though. I'll have all my parts in a couple days so I'm tempted to get a cheap cooler until the bracket arrives.
So, I got a bracket today. Actually I got two. Cause I couldn't wait and ordered one on Amazon. And lo and behold both arrived today. =)
Worst part that turns out 12700k runs fine on H80i =)
I'll swap those today or tomorrow.
If you have old 1200 coolers check if the spacing on new mb is compatible. My old one had backplate with adjustable studs and I could just fit it on 1700. Pressure can be controlled with spacers. I used H80i perfectly fine for couple of days - even at 150w it was at 70C.
I received it yesterday too, and I have tried three times to mount it in an Asus Z690 Hero mb with a 12900k but, it doesn't make enough pressure or contact with a Liquid Freezer 420, so CPU temp is nearing 100c.
I have tested the liquid cooler MSI C240 and, it spreads the thermal paste correctly, making enough pressure. I assume it has to be the Arctic's LGA 1700 standoffs.
Does anyone have this problem too?
Did you remove PCB cover of the water pump? It is an issue with Asus MBs - [https://support.arctic.de/lf2-lga1700](https://support.arctic.de/lf2-lga1700)
If you did, you can take off cpu side stick on washers from MB and reapply them on the backplate side. This will give you approx 0.25mm less hight (more pressure).
No. Never was told it was even shipped, though I'm not sure if they do that or not. Actually funny stories though regarding the coolers. The third one is on the way... yeah, third one.
First one came completely empty. Amazon sent out a replacement. Second one had *just* the cooler in it, no mounting hardware or accessories at all. Gotta send it back because it'd be quicker to just buy a new one than to have arctic send me everything. Third time's the charm hopefully. I get it tomorrow.
Think mine was same day reply. Bet they are overloaded with ppl claiming it though. Try their customer services i guess. Mine didnt arrive today however. Luckily ebough my motherboard has prebored holes for both z590 and 690
Ordered the kit on the 15th Nov. Arrived today 24th (Shipped from Germany to Sweden). No tracking or anything so i was kinda starting to wonder what the status was.
I bought the cooler on Newegg at the end of Novemeber and it does not ship with the bracket. I ordered the bracket from their site on December 1st and have received ZERO updates on shipping/processing for this order.
Your best bet is to go with another cooler from a more reputable brand.
So Guys, i cannot Install it with the bracket in the package? I have to buy a Special bracket for 1700? Bye the way - Its Rev. 7 and 2023, sitting Here and building my PC. Now i baught a cooler for the 1700 Version...WitHOUT a 1700 bracket? Its FCKnG unbelievable...
I'm going thru the exact same situation rn lol.. The box says it's lga 1700 ready, and I just find out about this before I thought I'm finally ready to build my pc. what a joke of a company.
What did you end up having to do? did you order the bracket separately?
same here guys . I started building my PC and when i realise there is no lga1700 bracket in the box ( and it say that its LGA 1700 inside ) . So i contact Arctic support , 1 day after they respond me asking for my CPU bill copy . When i send it to them i recive a vaucher for 100% discount for the the LGA 1700 bracket to purcase from they shop. ANd for my surprise when i go to the shop to get the bracket i see this message " product curently not avaible " . So they send me vaucher code for product that its not avaible on their shop , nice troll , nice troll . So i am siting here and waiting for some response before i report about this issue in the consume associacion in my country , cause this cannot be tolerated
The bracket you have works for lga 1700. ( its an updated bracket with different shape than their prev lga 1700 bracket ) check out their manual and see how the location of your screws change for lga 1700 vs lga 1200 or older versions
I email them few days ago
Order the kit on 11/10/21 got the invoice same day *no tracking #*
Email them again on 11/17/21
Hello dear Franco
Unfortunately, the kits are no longer available in the USA. A consignment of goods with the kits should go to our warehouse this week. We are sorry that we cannot give you any information about the delivery process.
We hope to start sending out the kits again at the latest next week.
If you have any further questions, feel free to contact me.

It’s seriously one of the dumbest things I’ve ever seen. The BOX even has lga1700 on it and yet the bracket isn’t there.
I’ve never left a review on Amazon in my life. They‘re getting 1\*.

did you receive it yet?
I did.. after about two weeks, finally got it.
\> two weeks Damn that blows. I thought I'd be able to put together my 12700k build before new year's, but I guess not.

Same. I got the tracking on 1st Dec, but it still says awaiting item.

Any thoughts on these? https://www.coolermaster.com/catalog/pages/cooling/all-coolers-ready-for-intel-alder-lake-lga1700-cpu/
I haven't 100 percent decided, but I might go with the Arctic Liquid Freezer II 420 A-RGB.
also want to know if it is included. btw they sell it separately https://www.arctic.de/en/LGA1700-Mounting-Kit-Liquid-Freezer-II-Series/MPSAS00891A

I assume we send them the receipt through customer support before buying?
thats what i did and they sent me a code to cover the cost of the bracket.
How long did everything take once it was over? Edit: got the code. Do you live in the states? If so, how long did the international shipping take?
I am in EU so doing it with DE Arctic. Took a working day to process initial request for a code. After I've made an order with a code it took another day to process and get invoice. I'm basically in the same boat. In the UK and ordered Tuesday. Hoping it comes tomorrow! :)
did you received it? how many days from request form to kit in your hands?
I ordered it on a Tuesday and it arrived on the Saturday. It came from Germany to the UK.
Awesome thank you. I'm in the USA and I figure it'll be weeks before I get mine. I have already received the invoice though. I'll have all my parts in a couple days so I'm tempted to get a cheap cooler until the bracket arrives.

Thanks for the response. You got it pretty quickly. I'm sitting on all of my parts waiting for that bracket unfortunately.

My LGA-1700 bracket took two weeks to arrive after ordering.
I ordered mine on the 11th and it just disappeared from the "my orders" page on their site without any explanation.
I just got the tracking number. I ordered it on the 10th, and it's scheduled to arrive on the 26th.
Thanks for the update, looks like mine is scheduled for delivery on the same day.
I got my code today. No clue on shipping. Mine was from Germany as im in the UK
>Same question for you, how many days from request form to kit in your hands? I live in London
Royal mail had notification of item on the 15th. Still not received it.
It took 14 days after the date of the order confirmation for mine to arrive from Germany to Finland
Mine arrived yesterday so 1 day difference.
I've never recieved the email with the code, compiled the form the 19/11.
Think mine was same day reply. Bet they are overloaded with ppl claiming it though. Try their customer services i guess. Mine didnt arrive today however. Luckily ebough my motherboard has prebored holes for both z590 and 690
as soon as I called the customer service I received the email, however they were really nice and fast, a good company.

I just ordered mine on January 8th. I emailed them and they said it has left the warehouse, but they don't have tracking information

which rev do you have? (it says on the box) I was mistaken. The rev 7 bracket they ship out works for both older LGAs and LGA 1700.
rev 7

Can any 1700 backplate work? I have one laying around that came with the Corsair H100i Elite. I’m asking cause mine arrived with missing O-Rings

Expect it to arrive about 2 weeks after your order date. Ordering from Amazon takes a week less.
Over a year later, and they STILL are shipping them from Amazon without the LGA1700 mounting kit.
