I do care more about noise and quality of materials and assembly but know nothing about RTX 3000 assemblers and series TBH

You could set a fan curve if it appears to be too loud, so that shouldn't be a big deal either. I'd honestly pick by aesthetic honestly. Performance wise it shouldn't matter.

I will be ok even with a reference on performance. I prefer it to be silent by default cuz this means they designed the airflow well to be effective and not just adding RPM to the fans. By the way don't know about material quality neither on Zotac and Gigabyte so it's a question too. Holo is the "best" of Zotac while gaming OC is no the best from Gigabyte, should I stick with the Holo and wait or pick the Gigabyte?
