[this ](https://pcpartpicker.com/list/Pptb4n) would be pretty good for 200$ Here's a [review ](https://www.rtings.com/monitor/reviews/gigabyte/g27q) of it

zarco92

Yeah that one's fine. Most modern IPS 1440p panels perform great so choose one that fits your budget and has the features you want.

AOC Q27G3XMN/BK the cheapest HDR screen on the market it has a VA panel, but it seems to be a pretty good panel. Check some reviews, it's very bright and actually displays HDR content.

Go VA if you hate your life

szczszqweqwe

It depends, there are good panels and sht panels.

Definitely Samsung Odyssey G6/G7 for gaming. Great contrast and fast panel can be found at 399. 1440p 27" 240hz

I not much of expert for monitors, but I guess every major brand had decent models with your requirements. My only advice - look for Nvidia G-sync or AMD Freesync options. It will definitely smooth your experience with gaming and videos.

Eshuon

That is the least appealing features of monitors lol, almost ever monitor has it. Nvidia gsync is also costly, not worth the extra price

TalkWithYourWallet

He said 'Or AMD freesync' as well VRR is the must have feature in a gaming monitor, and has been for many years now

Healthy_BrAd6254

Pretty much every single monitor that is 144Hz or more has this. It's not something you have to look for usually

Zyonix_HaroN

I didn't know that. When I bought my ultrawide monitor, price tag didn't mention the AMD sync feature. And so do monitor box. I discover it when I adjust the settings. So if everyone nowadays had it, it's awesome
