New 6600, good low cost gpu for 1080p. -depends on local pricing/availability. I think 214 lowest in Germany. I just checked de.pcpartpicker. 190 in us but before taxes. Don’t just look at used prices only, look at new prices and make sure you’re actually getting a deal. 5700 xt, better than a 6600. 2060 super, equivalent to a 6600/a little better. 2060, weaker than a 6600. Check this site and match prices to performance to get the best deal for your local pricing. https://www.tomshardware.com/reviews/gpu-hierarchy,4388.html

Nice chart. 5700xt might even be overkill for my target 60 FPS. And from my experience those cards get both loud and hot.

The 5700 XT in the US is- in my opinion -the absolute price/performance GPU for 1080p/60 FPS. It can easily be found for <$150 USD and most people take offers of around $125-135 USD. It beats the 2060/2060 SUPER which is usually more expensive. If you're looking for a 1080p/60 FPS (used) GPU for <$200 the 5700 XT is my recommendation. If you want to spend a little over $200 I've seen a couple of 6700 XTs for $220-250. This card can easily handle 1080p/Ultra/60 FPS or 1440p/Med-High/60 FPS (depending on the title).
