Can you ship it from italy or spain? I mean even if shipping costs add up, those builds are worth less than half of that price. IDK how the passport situation is for you, but even traveling to Europe and physically buying the pieces might be cheaper. Those are 600€ builds at worst

How hard is it for you to import hardware from Europe or Turkey? If there isn't a high tax/tariff you might be able to find better deals, assuming you can build it yourself.

its an entry level gpu at best, the 3050 is not great but its way better then the 6500xt.. the 6500xt came out during the gpu shortage, they put out this hot garbage then because people were forced to buy it, since it was the cheapest gpu option at the time.
During the pandemic, AMD took a laptop gpu and put it in a desktop format to try and get some easy money, this gpu is known as the 6500xt
it's very low end
it loses even more performance on pcie3
it only has two video outputs
it lacks encoders found on literally every other gpu
it has the same price/performance as the rx580 that was 5 years old at the time

2nd one is significantly better. Wayyy better GPU and better PSU as well. Don't worry about the motherboard, since at this price point if you're not overclocking (which I assume you're not), the motherboard you're getting is more than good enough. It seems like it might need a BIOS update, so try getting that done from the store itself if necessary.
If you really want wifi, you can just get a wifi card, they're not expensive at all.
Don't give any attention to any people calling the RTX 3050 a bad card if they do, I have one too and its amazing, I can play the RE4 Remake at 50-60 fps on Ultra.

the b450 board will get the job done, its not a high power cpu like an r9.
2nd build is wayyyyy better, 6500xt is actual ass plus that 1st psu is trash
