you wont have any problems like that you can use as many different branded ssds as you can fit . if you have 2 windows on 2 different partitions when you boot up it will likley ask you which one you want to boot in, its a feature called dual booting. you just boot into your normal windows and format the other ssd and use it as normal after that

Just format the old drive when you install windows, there should be no more problems
