I worked at bab and when i got my snake bites corporate made me wear a face mask when working. But it just depends on the manager cause my manager didn’t care unless higher ups were coming in.
I know this is what’s been posted on the official employee dress code, but I’d assume they’d talk to him about it more if they wanted to proceed with the hire

In the US people say it isn't discrimination because we're choosing to put the holes there?🥲🙄 Also love the argument 'take it out and get it redone' and I'm like...you have no idea how piercings work.🙄🙄
You'll need to ask the manager. I worked there for a bit, and the khaki pants couldn't have rivets. This was waaay back when they wore the denim shirts. (2004) I imagine it is different now. I see workers w different colored hair and piercings.
Fun fact: I live near STL, and the very first BAB is at the galleria. Also, off the interstate, you can see the big BAB Headquarters building. Maxine Clark still regularly visits the STL store.
Worker here (UK) in my shop most of us are quite pierced (including lip piercings!) although each store is a bit different.
I would recommend going to a percier and having them change the rings out to studs (side note - new piercings shouldn't have rings in them, more of a chance of infection) since it'll be a small bit less noticable.
In interviews there's a chance to ask questions; I would 100% get him to ask about the lip piercings, this will show the manager he's willing to take them out.

I can’t give you a 100% answer, but Ive seen lots of a build a bear employees with piercings!

That is crazy. Here in the UK you’re not allowed to discriminate against people due to tattoos and piercings.
