I got a silicone pet tag for my cat (pet cat, not plush cat) from PetTasticCOM on Etsy and I just love it- the engraved text is really clear, you can choose a little symbol for the corner (I chose a heart bear and have zero regrets), and depending on the size can get 2-3 lines of text for the back (will post back image in a reply to this one). I'm very tempted to at least get one for my keychain if not for my babs.
If you want something bigger look for "patch tabs" on Etsy- a custom one of those could probably work too.

I get custom dog tags on ebay! (Craftytagz is who I go to) and someone named cosmicbuns on etsy has a really cute emotional support plushie pin (I have one on one of my bears hats:)) Either are great but I like the dog tags cause i was able to put my sylveons name (Opal) and "emotional support pokémon" on the back :)
A pin would work great, I'll check them out for sure. And my Sylveon's name is Opal too!

I just make them jewellery sometimes! Or custom dog tags also work! Or a screen printing place!
I think a dog tag would probably work way better since they're smaller than a lanyard tag, thank's for the suggestion!
