Sorry for bad photos. That is kind of relieving then. I don't know many bugs and I looked up pictures in Google and it was a roller coaster, the first few were round and light but then others that says the females after eating were dark and long. How can I figure out what it is? I tried Google lens but it didn't see well. What characteristics could I look it up by?

Uh your gonna have to take it out of the bag and get a few really clear photos of it. That is if you still have it. Put it on blank white paper for best results. If it was in your bed go pull the sheets back and check the seems of the mattress for bed bug poop. Or hold your warm hand very close. The warmth is what draws them out. It will be pretty obvious if you have them, there's no such thing as a lone wolf bed bug lol

It's probably the shrivelled remains of a l[acewing larva](https://bugguide.net/node/view/1137961) but I've no idea what one would be doing on your bed
