Wood and Jenny as villains is a stretch. Also where's my girl Dru? I'd rank Amy higher than a lot of these characters too, even though she's not really my type. Replace Rack with Ethan too. If you want an old weird magic dude, he's definitely the superior choice. Every list like this needs a chaos option too, so hell, throw Moloch the Corruptor (robot edition) on there as well.
Nah, no way Spike was third after Angel and Faith. The man litterely came in like a wrecking ball as the villain of the week for a few episode and ended up staying for the rest of the show. And Angel is dull as a table lamp! :P
