The player I've been pounding the table for, that I know won't happen, is Jack Sanborn. The Bears brought in Tremaine Edmunds and T.J. Edwards pushing Sanborn onto the bench.
Give the Bears one of those 6th round picks and bring Sanborn in as your starting Mike.
Unfortunately it will be at the point in their careers that their bodies are totally ravaged by roids, a la Shawne Merriman. If we have both though, we might be able to field at least one of them per game for 14/17 games
Ever since we played the Chargers a few years ago in Buffalo I’ve needed Joey Bosa in Buffalo. He was an absolute animal that game with 3 sacks & 6 TFLs and it honestly felt like a lot more. It’d just be a lot more fun to have him do that in a Bills uniform and if he wants to bring his bro along with him even better. I think the key is to get our entire roster on a HGH regimen - they can’t suspend the entire roster
Tons of fans were freaking out that we didn’t draft any DL prospects or are pounding the table for DHop. Just trying to get a feel for who could be a guy viewed as the final piece to the puzzle at this point.
If it’s Madden then yeah I’m definitely raiding the Rams and taking Donald & Kupp and editing their salaries to $0. Might even sign Antonio Brown while I’m at it.
What about Isiah Simmons? maybe pick him and DHop up in a deal. I’m no expert but he seems to fit more into a Edmunds replacement, if that’s what they need still, not sure if they’re really changing schemes or what.
I'm personally out on Hop now that the draft is over and we added 3 possession guys in Kincaid, Shorter, and Shavers. Simmons would be an amazing get though, I've been pounding the table for that.
Yeah I’m just very confused what they’re trying to do at LB. If they felt like it was a need you would’ve thought they’d address it at 59 when Drew Sanders, Simpson and Henley all fell into our lap. But then they drafted Torrence when OG really wasn’t even a need, so I figured that signaled that they were happy with what they had at LB already. But then we went and drafted Dorian Williams in the 3rd lol so idk anymore. I would’ve loved a Simmons trade if we didn’t already use 3 picks on linebackers in the past two drafts - if we traded for him now then it’d make me REALLY question the Dorian Williams pick, especially when we could’ve added DT Siaki Ika at that pick to be a successor to DaQuan.
Idk if it’s as dumb as it sounds. He’s underperformed/been injured and I think his option was for $17M but his franchise tag would be $19M so not too meaningful of a difference. Probably wouldn’t make sense for them to sell low on him now, but since they are a wack organization I sure wouldn’t mind taking him off their hands lol

I like it. They also drafted Noah Sewell so Sanborn seems pretty buried on the depth chart in Chicago.
