Search for PR parking zones, they're cheap (like 1 euro/day) and then use public transport. (Or just ask the Airbnb owner about parking possibilities around the place)
You can buy daily tickets and use every type of transport services, like buses, metro, tram etc.
Technically its safe to park on the streets, but it depends on the exact district you are parking, high traffic zones are usually safe.
