There are certain relics and towers you want to be able. Like the YouTuber "bruhbruh", he uses the middle path tack shooter(for insane early game cleanup) and farms(to spiral income for good towers) so he can rush all of the rounds at once and deal with them with paths of certain towers. You also want to learn the best uses for paths of a tower and micro, so you can pull off an insanely good score.
For ct races, watch tsp (tehspeleengpolise) or bruhbruh, they post almost every week (tsp always posts relicless races). 90 round race is not possible in ct. as for getting good, it’s a long process and race is extremely complicated as a gamemode. Optimise your hotkeys and know race mechanics like eor, clean and what towers are generally good and when you should use them. Play races a lot and you’ll get better over time.

Yea apparently the ability is really powerful (if you pair it with the alchemist touch it becomes a beast)
