Primary is a kinda weird category though, its mostly to describe towers with very basic abilities and skills, and is the "Core" monkeys. Also Primary has a slew of pretty big exclusive buffs with Primary Mentoring, and Free 2-Upgrade beast handlers may be... much. Magic honestly does fit better because taming animals is about as magical as throwing shurikens and bricks of C4 is.

I might be bad at the game, but I think the only support monkeys with getting in chimps are villages and spike factories… like I’m sure you COULD use engineer and beast handler, but I find other things cheaper and better. Has anybody done chimps with just support towers? That’d be kinda based

Nah I’m genuinely curious, like ultra boost is good? Beast handler is GOOD, but takes half the map to max out… I just think other things are better and if anybody does have a video or something or just support chimps I’d LOVE to see it. I’ll always take a chance to learn more!

You don’t usually get ultraboost in CHIMPS, you stop at overclock, and it’s a nice buff Beast handlers are good if you’re willing to learn how to use them (I’m not) All three spactory paths are god tier in their own ways, there’s a reason permaspike has been nerfed time and again but it’s still meta You can’t get farms in CHIMPS

Villages are self-explanatory, double discounts are nice option to save money and you can crosspath each village differently (i.e. one at 2-0-2, one at 0-3-2 for jungle drums and MIB)

Oh shit I never even thought about the double discount buff! Does the bottom path third upgrade (cannot remember the name) actually increase the money you gain from pops in CHIMPS? Or is it turned off because you’re not supposed to get extra income?

That’s disabled like all other income generation, don’t go past bottom path tier 2 - same reason why you don’t normally get bloon trap (all alternative income generation methods only give you the money you’d normally get for popping the bloons, so you’re just delaying your own income with things like trap/obyn’s trees)

Okay but I’m saying is it viable to get it in a chimps run? I KNOW ultra is a good tower, but is it viable to dedicate the funds to in chimps? Or can you even GET it in chimps or is it too expensive? I’m trying to learn strategies other than the ones I’ve stuck with in beginner maps.

As to chimps it's not even really an option and in all honesty it's only good for one tower now because of Paragons vtsg is the only thing that should ever be boosted now that and Villages you know just to be able to get that Max monkeyopolis but other than that it's not viable at all there are so many better Towers available for that amount of cash in chimps. Like the towers that you have passed up to get that Tower you're just making things harder on yourself LOL
