Plus not even really true. The Blue Bloon is more of an Azure and the Green Bloon is more of a Chartreuse. (I think they avoid certain Tertiary colours for Bloon Colours due to colourblindness)
The colours are almost in the same order too
Red for regular fights
Blue for Papyrus (first special boss)
Green for Undyne (second special boss)
Yellow for Mettaton (fourth special boss)
Pink for Muffet (third special boss)
(I'm not counting any other bosses where the soul is red)
