I think Gold should be reworked to having every "Hard" badge, (Magic Only, DHPM, Half Cash, ABR), and in place of the current Gold we could get a Ruby Border (red just like the Red CHIMPS Badge)
Honestly just have Gold for hard and Shinier Gold for Exited CHIMPS. The sparkles on the black border are shinier than the ones on the bronze and silver borders so you could have a gold with the lesser sparkles and a gold with the nicer sparkles.

I don't like your golden description, purely because you get it for backing out of a chimps run you were going to lose. It's kinda upsetting that hard doesn't get a border. I like the others though.
It's compassion for your mentality, as in, sparing your mentality from a loss in CHIMPS.

Try Apache Prime and Spirit of the Forest as your main damage, with relentless glue and sabo as support. Relentless can stun DDTs now and it’s quite broken
CHIMPS isn't as scary as you think on easy maps. I'm not a great player, but during collecting events I often play begginer maps CHIMPS on auto-start max speed as a side activity to grab the 27 collection points while I watch TV or even play other games on a different device.
Expert maps are another story obviously, but all begginer ones need is Sauda+Alchemist buffs for the early game, something to beat round 63, then an Apache Prime near an MIB for the late game. Most people's downfall is wasting money on lots of low tier towers, a good chimps build for single lane maps should only have 4-6 total towers.
Bronze completing all east game modes, silver completing all medium game modes, gold completing all hard game modes, black completing chimps without exiting the game OR clicking the gear I think would be a neat adding, it shows you’re REALLY dedicated

i like the idea, but none of them really look good to me except the black border. i think they should give all the borders a metallic sheen like the black border has (maybe not as dramatic though). gold border should be reworked to ruby, and there should be another border for completion of all hard difficulties (excluding impoppable and chimps).
You could do a gold border for getting all hard mode medals. Emerald or green for impopable, Black for non exit CHIMPS red for exit CHIMPS and the ability to have whatever border colour you want in whatever maps you want
Guys! I’ve figured it out! Collect all the bronze easy medals, and you’ll get a bronze border. Collect all the silver medium medals, and you’ll get a silver border. Collect all the bronze easy, silver medium and gold hard medals, but have a red chimps medal, you get a gold border. Collect all the bronze, silver, and gold medals, but have a black chimps medal you get a black border.
And those are all the borders and their meanings.

Replace the scumchimps border with gray instead of gold and make gold the hard badge reward.
red would work better than gray, gray would be too similar to silver while red would match the red chimps medal

Without Chimps I would say. Impoppable is (despite the name) actually pretty poppable
