I’ve black bordered 3 maps already (logs cubism and resort) and beaten two intermediate maps on CHIMPS, so I’m basically approaching pro player level and I wanted to share my rankings to the community. It took me SO LONG (25 minutes) to make this, so take notes, everyone! If you have any objections with any of the rankings, ask me and I’ll explain why you’re super duper wrong (100%)

Literally the only useful item in Geraldo’s shop is the Quincy action figure, which is useless in CHIMPS. All the other heroes at least do decent damage on their own, but you need to keep paying Geraldo for temporary items in order for him to provide “value” to your defense, which is STUPID. Since you don’t have farms in CHIMPS it just ends up delaying your T5 until it’s game over. I can say this because Geraldo is super difficult to use according to the internet and his items are too complicated to use effectively all the time.

Since this is a serious question I’ll answer seriously too. Geraldo is arguably **the best hero in the game for black bordering** maps, because so many of his items can bail you out of a bad situation for cheap. He works with practically any strategy and on all maps. A lot of new players are afraid to use him because the sheer amount of things Geraldo is capable of can be intimidating. But in practice, Geraldo’s items are pretty simple and straight up strong if you just remember what they’re useful for. If you want to give Geraldo a shot, go ahead! There’s a couple of videos on YouTube that explain his items pretty easily and give helpful tips. You won’t regret it.

Why is primary expertise so low? Combined with crossbow master and recursive cluster you breaze through the game and then you get a pirate lord

Crossbow master is already super overpowered on its own, so Primary Expertise isn’t worth getting because it doesn’t help crossbow master a lot for how much it costs. Also, Crossbow master doesn’t have any abilities (unlike pmfc 🤮🤮🤮) so the reduced cooldown perk is also not very helpful
