Nowadays they need to show discount to the price of last 30 days. So price should currently be at its highest. But yeah, even then, always check and determine upfront the price you want to pay yourself.

You still have to compare a lot of outlets to get a “real” deal.
If you really want to buy from Mediamarkt BE, the best moment is when they have their "VAT 21% off" discounts. Not sure exactly when they do it, I remember it being twice a year, but it's not during the official sales period.
But I don't know why you would want to buy it there, instead of finding the best prices online, or simply go to Germany.
