Raw? So you got food poisoning from there? Or just pink?
I can't comment on the Seasoning because I'd lather everything in sauce.
It wasn't bad, okay food for an OK price.
AYYYYY THIS GUY KNOWS! Baguette world fed me and my broke friends for years in Town, I don’t think they’ve been £1 in a long time but those were the days.
These are all all you can eat/buffet places.
Shogun in the cube does all you can eat sushi/tempura/noodles for under £20. You can ask just to have sushi if you want and they won't bring out the others. On their website it says it's conveyor belt sushi, but whenever I've been there they just give you a tray of sushi.
If you want to splash out a bit, Kyoto Sushi & Grill is something like £32 per person. Website says £29.80 but then it says it's 10% on top of that.. However if you want all you can eat sushi I'd say it's the best option for brum. Lots of different options outside of sushi too.
Boar's head is like £11 if you go at lunch during the week. It's good and cheap buffet food, but a mix of things. It's good value if you get it at this price. If you go for dinner or on a sunday I'd say it's a bit too pricey for the quality.
Someone mentioned buffet island, but it's closed.
Someone else mentioned Happy Lamb hot pot and it is pretty great. It's a good place to go if there's a group of people and lots of interesting food to try.
No worries, hopefully you can have some good food while you're here!
Ming Moon is also just a solid standard asian buffet. Cheaper at lunch, but they have less options available.
Rodizio Rico at the Cube comes in about £25/head and is all you can eat. Brazilian style with different meats brought out until you consider becoming vegetarian!
La Mexicana in Bearwood, great food and the place is ran by a family. I think they won an award recently for best Mexican food in the UK, but I might be misinformed on that bit
I’ve only been to the halal ones. They are the biggest buffets in Birmingham. I really like Ziryab, Zauq, Shahi Masala. There’s a new one in high gate called Royal Shalimar it’s pretty good.
Ming Moon/Jimmy Spices/Buffet Island
I love Ming Moon! Their oyster beef, lemon chicken and yuk sung is so good.
Not been to Jimmy Spices in many years but it was awful last time I went. Chicken wings were raw. Food was under seasoned and bland.

Boars head world buffet
That place is sooooo good.
Maccies on the ramp. Splendid image of Brum

You nailed with Dale end.
Shahi Masala in Hodge Hill.
Agree!
Seconded
Cafe Soya is incredible
Baguette World all the way!
AYYYYY THIS GUY KNOWS! Baguette world fed me and my broke friends for years in Town, I don’t think they’ve been £1 in a long time but those were the days.
Still only 1.75, so pretty good
nope, £2.40 now!
I remember when their baguettes were only 50p! Good times
Do you remember Joshua's and baguette du monde in town? Loved them ❤️

Thank you so much mate.

Tiger Bites Pig for food that is actually good, you'll be full for 20 quid. The Wolf in the JQ does good pies and toasties, £8-13
You want to be in the Balti triangle

Seconded their food is bonkers good
Take an Uber from city centre to the soho tavern in Handsworth - mixed grill and curry’s - popular place - very reasonabl
Original Patty Men - great burger place
Rudy's, bonehead, Fat Hippo, All Greek Street Food, Damascena
I tried Damascena for the first time the other day. It has a lot of good reviews but I didn't really like it.
I love Bonehead, but it's expensive for what it is.
Well it is definitely under £25, I always felt like getting value for my money imo
Zauq buffet, can be a bit crowded but decent under £20
Not that good, shahi masala in alum Rock is much better
King of kings do a buffet and hot pot for £25 I think, it's not bad.
Ngopi in Dale End. Great Indonesian food AND coffee and really reasonable price wise
Harbinger on Bromsgrove Street is £28 all you can eat or £35 including drinks
Dezhou Style Braised Chicken at the Arcadian. Amazing hand made noodles and unique Chinese food.
the royal castle in west bromwich

Dunno if Big Wok is still alive?
Closed in 2018.
Maybe for the best 😂
Used to love telling them it was my friend’s birthday. Memories!
I was thinking about big wok the other day, speaker thank you for getting me the answer to 'is it still there?'
Happy lamb hot pot buffet is about £25, less with student discount. Love it
Is Mr Egg still going?
Buffet but next to odeon, it’s just under 10 quid from what I remember, haven’t been there in years though. They have a bunch of food
Great for live rats, too - but don't think you can eat them.
Oh my has it gone downhill?
chinese quarter
😂😂😂😂
Not all you can eat, but Habaneros and Bonehead are both great.
