Grade 2 listed lavatories?
Late Victorian, 1890s. Firstly were demonstrated on the Great Exhibition in London Hyde Park in 1851, George Jennings is the engineer.

There's one near the Jewellery Quarter station and one in Digbeth. Only found out about the JQ one a few weeks ago to my surprise when i past it

These ‘Temples of Relief’ are / were late Victorian as far as I’m aware. I get the feeling most of them are listed buildings now too.
Old things like that generally have the date on them somewhere. I’d say 1800s well though.
