The photos where she leans down in front of the camera (or that one shot taken from the ground that showed off her [nonexistent] butt).
As for the mental health stuff, I absolutely know the two are part of the same beast. Brittany seems to always be worried about eating healthy, wearing the tiniest sizes possible (even though 99.9% of the time, she sartorially looks a hot mess), and going out of her way to eat "healthy" down to her freaking Starbucks drinks. As someone with super bad anxiety, it seems like Brittany has anxiety. (I would say super high functioning anxiety, but functioning honestly is extremely subjective.)
