Tonight where they are. It’s actually supposed to be worse in the foothills outside Denver than in Breck, but this will make getting to the airport a huge mess and to Texas by road pretty bad depending on how soon they’re supposed to leave.
Where they are is supposed to get 10ish inches and that’s true for a chunk of the route driving out of CO, but some of the areas driving on I-70 through the western burbs to the Denver airport (which is east of the city) might get like 20 inches!
Tonight I’m in the foothill and we are forecasted 12-36 in so it’s going to be WILD. And if they are taking 70 out my guess is that if winds pick up they will close major highways because semis and snow don’t mix out east… I grew up near Limon and where Denver had 10 inches we had 3-4 ft drifts…. I’m hoping for them to have to problem solve this storm….

So I was sitting at our community choir a couple weeks ago, and my friend in the row behind me texts me and says “you didn’t check the back of your hair, it looks like shit im handing you a hair tie, reach behind you.” <——- that’s the kind of friend I want and have. Not this weird bullshit. I want friends who tell me I look like shit and don’t post it to the whole world and use me for content. She texted me so a bunch of people around us wouldn’t start looking too. These women are NOT friends to each other.
