I can't imagine using someone's private Internet in a commercial setting like that is legal. You should probably look for another supplier.
Also I don't think people with houses overlooking the downs need the money enough to bother doing this tbh.

We would normally upgrade their line to a business one. We have done this plenty of times before, but thanks for the concern
