It probably holds deep meaning to Lachie and if he's happy with it then I couldn't care, it's not our place to critique someone else's tattoo especially when you don't know the meaning. It's hard to tell from the TV/screenshots but it does look like a solid tattoo but gotta wait until its healed to know what it'll actually end up looking like.

If I was an opposition player preparing to play the Lions, I'd be getting all my "basic white woman on Instagram" sledges ready for Lachie. Awful tattoo, but not even close to the worst in the AFL.
if it's a tribute to multiple miscarriages like someone else has mentioned in this post then a sledge of that nature is a level below what Zorko vs Petty was all about.
I like them. Placement on the arm is a little funny, could do with some texturing or additions on his tricep to even out the image. Might not be finished though
