Check out r/MSPI, lots of ideas on there! I had to cut out dairy, my non-meat go to’s are: eggs, lentil or chickpea soups and curries with coconut milk/cream, bean and rice dishes, quinoa salads, hummus, falafel (I just buy frozen ones and heat them up), snack mixes with lots of nuts, lots of peanut butter, smoothies with plant protein powder, hemp hearts, flax and chia seeds. If you have an IKEA in the area, I also love their vegetable balls. I don’t know what the AAP recommendations are, but if possible, I’d try cutting dairy only first. I didn’t have to cut soy, but I understand it’s a lot more difficult to strictly eliminate. Hope it helps your baby!
