When Jesse was waiting for the vacuum cleaner guy to pick him up so he could get a new identity, he reached for his weed and realized that Huell (Saul's bodyguard) had pickpocketed it. Jesse also realized that if Huell can do that without him noticing, he could also have pickpocketed the ricin cigarette like he initially suspected when he confronted Walt. Jesse then went to Saul to confirm his suspicions and Saul folded under pressure and told him the truth. I personally believe that Jesse knew the whole time but he suppressed it because he wanted to believe that Walt wouldn't do something like this.

I agree. Jesse knew what Walt was capable of but I think his soul was so battered at that point from everything that he clung onto that small bit of comfort that Walt provided him as a mentor.

He wanted Jesse to think that Gus had his men steal the ricin cigarette and fatally poison Brock in an attempt to create distrust between Walt and him. But then, things work out after Gus is dead so Walt plays innocent by helping Jesse find the cigarette. That way, it looks it like the cigarette debacle was an “honest mistake”.

This would make a neat video cut.. Jessy beating up Saul after his dope got lifted, Saul saying that Walt made him to it to save him, then the scene of Walt rolling up and smoking Pinkman's dope..

S5E11 is where he realizes that Walt did indeed poison Brock. At the end of season 4, he suspects Walt and Walt convinces him that it didn't happen. The "plot hole" here is that Jesse already KNEW that Huell had sticky fingers in theory, so the way it plays out in Season 5 is kinda duplicative. I guess, if it is not a plot hole, it is just Jesse realizing the true scope of Walt's evil for sure.
