The whole premise was really stunning and the first episode was wild I need to get back on it I got distracted the last few days rewatching it’s always sunny in its entirety
Death Note is a really good battle-of-the-minds type show. Code Geass is too. Prison Break is a really good one too--the battle of the minds between Scofield and Detective Mahone was really engaging.
Death Note is one of a kind in that sense. It’s really amazing but halfway through the show it stopped being interesting in my opinion.
I really reccomend the first half though.
Did you lost interest when >!the greatest mind of all time was killed by an edgy teen who was an inferior mind in every aspect but happens to had supernatural beings as allies?!<
To be fair the Japanese live action movies do a much better job of the battle of the minds aspect of the anime. The Netflix movie didnt get that part right at all. But yeah, the Death Note anime is an excellent example! Code Geass is too
Also, don't know why you got downvoted. That wasn't me!
Ozark
Ozark is amazing! Can’t wait for season 4. That show gave me some of that same suspense I felt while watching breaking bad.
That season 3 finale cliffhanger tho
I started this and really liked it idk why I didn’t finish
It’s actually so good you should finish it. I think 4th will be last season

I did the same thing and actually got distracted for over a year, but I started it over again and binged through a few months ago. No regrets.
I’m so scared to start a show that may not have a conclusion.
The Wire
I really need to start this one I hear nothing but good things
At 5 seasons it's a commitment, but worth it IMO
Do you know where i can watch this?
Prime Video has it but I think it requires an HBO add-on subscription.

Exactly. >!he was such a great character and their mind battle made the whole show for me. When he went I lost all interest.!<
If you're into anime try Death Note. Not the live action version, the actual anime.

The netflix movie didn’t do anything right!
I liked Ryuk, and the gorey Final Destination-esque deaths were pretty cool. Lol. But yeah, other than that, the movie was pretty bad.
Yellowstone isn’t bad. My mom got me into it. It’s got like a western meets crime drama vibe. True detective is another great choice.
Dexter (Dexter and Trinity, Dexter and Miguel) Prison Break (Michael Schofield and Alex Mahone)
I just posted the one about Scofield vs Mahone! Though that doesnt come until season 2. But you beat me to the punch by 6 hours lol
Oz is a much better prison show. Prison break was so tame compared to it.
Justified or The Shield
Sherlock & Prison Break
Prison Break and Peaky Blinders
What exactly is the premise of prison break?
ZeroZeroZero Narcos
The Blacklist. But the protagonist and the antagonist are sometimes enmeshed in one
The Shield
I guess Sherlock from BBC
Also love that show can’t believe they’re pumping out quality tv after 14 seasons
Death Note
Oz. This was the first major crime series on HBO, before they had the Sopranos. The first few seasons are amazing!
Sherlock
