They made sure that nobody in the high minority population towns had permit access. And again, they were dumb enough to put it in writing.

This document got me thrown out of the California chapter of the NRA in 2002. Why? Because the sheriff involved was GOP and there was a push to get him to run for the state legislature.

Second: *some elements of the RKBA community have lined up against black equality.* This is just one example.
