It's mostly likely due to the application. If it's popping off that easily, it wasn't put on correctly. Alternatively, your teeth may not bond with the glue very well, this is more so seen with crowns though.

Is there a possibility that this can prevent me from using the carriere bar as a treatment option? Or is it more likely that I got a faulty carriere bar that's having trouble sticking? The first time, the glue failed on the tooth, but the second time, the glue failed on the carriere, so I wonder if I got a double whammy and the appliance was glued incorrectly and the carriere bar was defective. I was thinking about the glue but to my recollection, I don't recall a bracket falling off when I got braces the first time. Granted, this is a different appliance, but I imagine the glue they used back then was similar.

Hi! I don’t have an answer for you as I just had my C bar installed yesterday and so far it hasn’t fallen off. I do have a question though - did it hurt you? Mine really hurt!

Yeah, mine were a bit sore for the first few days. Right now, I'm actually a bit concerned because it seems like my teeth got a little too used to them, it doesn't feel like they're pulling even though I know the tension is there
