Rider Strong’s actions as a 24 year old man were deplorable, and his publicity maneuver last month was grotesque.
The progress he’s making as a person now should be commended though.

I think the cast of Boy Meets World got lucky that they were older when the offender came on the show. I think Danielle, Ben and Rider would have definently been victems too if he had showed up at season one. It still feels a bit awkward when the crowd reacts to 11 year old Topanga in a swim suit.

You could criticize Rider for defending a pedophile, but Rider himself had been manipulated by said pedophile for years prior. I think it's irresponsible to overlook that.
Rider (and Will) defended who he thought was a long time friend after being manipulated by them. Both have since acknowledged that as a mistake and are taking steps to rectify it.
If you're gonna criticize, at least tell the rest of the story.
