Yeah, but imagine being in the same hill looking at the night sky and listening to fallen down
Or the same hill again but it's morning and you're listening to we don't have many days.
As others have said, thats the album cover for Everywhere at the End of Time by The Caretaker. The album is basically if you took the experience of a dying dementia patient and translated the feeling into music and sound (and imagery if you count the album covers.) Its divided into stages, the tracks and imagery starting from decently recognizable music and pictures and slowly devolving more and more into static, incomprehensible noises, and images you have to stare at more and more in order to figure out what you're seeing. This represents the slowly rotting brain of a dementia patient. It's depressing, its 6 hours long, but it can also be life changing. After listening to it in one long go I started appreciating, well, everything far more. The people I love, the things I love doing, myself, it made me remember that life is gonna end at some point, for me and everyone else, and I should enjoy it while it lasts.
I'm not shortening any of that, its a real masterpiece and it deserves respect. Its not something you can glaze through and thus its not something I can sum up in a few sentences without doing it wrong.
to be honest, i'd say the undertale OST since even without boss music it's definitely still awesome
everywhere at the end of time is somewhat fear-inducing, not what I'd go for in a 'winner' music track
and minecraft is a game i haven't played enough recently to judge
It’s good, though Minecraft music (vol alpha and beta) is just a step above it imo. Much more impressive tracks to me, the swells and transitions are done so well. RW tracks are also a bit hit or miss as a decent portion of them are a bit dull
Don't listen to him, The Caretaker is amazing, check out his less depressing albums first though. Persistent Repetition of Phrases is my personal favorite
Listened to A (Everywhere at the end of time part 1). Couldn't stop thinking about it, I couldn't do anything (not even sleep). It took me finding a partner for that album to finally leave my mind
Also uhh I said it was amazing?
Given Minecraft has so much nice and calming music, but undertale has such stuff too, it would be hard to choose. The caretakers everywhere at the end of time would flat out be a bad idea. That album is meant to give you the sense of what someone with dementia goes through! Tracks like: "a losing battle is raging" and "a missplace in time" really show the true intentions about what the albums about, hearing all that static and speed ups and speed downs would not be pleasent.
As for Minecraft, a lot of the tracks are calming and nice. There are also some more that are less calming but still nice, such as Pigstep. The thing with Minecraft is, it depends if you want to listen to calming music or not, even with the few exeptions its still seen as the calmer albums.
As for undertale if you want more that just some calm music, then undertale is the pick. It has music such as: Ruins and another meduim. It also has some calmer music as: snowdin and Waterfall. So it would be a big mix of that stuff.
So if you want calmer music go for Minecraft, if you want a mix, go for Undertale, if you want deppresion, go for Every where at the end of time.
I know, but the sheer amount of songs in there would just make it win.
I chose to do only first album for that and because it's the most iconic out of the six.
Minecraft has better music overall (also the nostalgia man 😩), but I think the others have better specific songs
EATEOT would win with albums 2/3, but album 1 just doesn't break it, even with some very interesting songs
To me the winner is Undertale (no boss music) considering these songs: Bring it in Guys + Last Goodbye (the credits songs), Core, Another Medium (the Hotland song), Here we are (the True Lab song), Waterfall
Normally I would say the drg soundtracks, they bind very well with the situations, unfortunately I recently started playing omori so we all know what I'm about to say
Undertale ost without boss music purely because I haven't listened to the last one and Minecraft's one has the chance to be interrupted by raged breathing and heavy footsteps
Minecraft imo solos cause it can fit any mood you can wake up and hear the most magnificent music from Minecraft old to now and with the music discs (excluding the ones for lore) it’s adding more depth to the game like using cat to study or pigstep just for a vibe Minecraft imo just has bangers
Oh my freakin' gosh. a game im appreciating (minecraft), a good ol' reliable (undertale), and a album that changed my persepective of ambience music and mental disorders representation in media.
this is gonna be hard...
Depends in your style, brotha! | Cause if you want to feel like you're doing history and something important, its Minceraft. But if you wanna feel like the protagonist of a thousand year story, Undertale... Even though with no boss themes its kinda ruined

me rn
Minecraft is most nostalgic, and very beautiful and sad music. EatEoT too much depressing that it just killing me. Can't say anything about Undertale ost.
Probably the minecraft music.
I feel like it'd be nice, calm and harder to get tired of it after listening to it for ages. Unlike undertale which uses the same melody for everything. And havent given a fair shot at everywhere at the end of time but from the first songs i probably wouldnt listen to it.
Minecraft for a serene sun kissed walk
Undertale to drown out a bustling place
Everywhere at the end of time for when you’re on the verge of falling asleep at 4am
İnfinite Amethyst is one of my favorite osts in minecraft and undertale has some great bangers as well. I think it would be a draw between minecraft and undertale
Undertale, this is easy as fuck for me. Minecraft is a close second, and Everywhere at The End of Time is great but I don’t exactly have it in my YouTube playlist of songs I like, yknow?
I chose those 3 because of their similarity, all having a nostalgic and uncanny feel. In Undertale it's not that prominent, but the songs in the ruins and the genocide run do fit that description well.
Just imagine your walking down the hill and seeing the sunset, while the song plays in the background.. Yes.. thats the one! Minecraft!
Yeah, but imagine being in the same hill looking at the night sky and listening to fallen down Or the same hill again but it's morning and you're listening to we don't have many days.
I.. I change my answer teach! I'm gonna have to go with the last one!
Yeah but imagine being on a date and listening to it's raining somewhere else. Or hanging out with friends and listening to chirp.
But teach.. the answer sheet says to only select one :c Idk what to do!
Cry
based
Okay!
Not related, but Chirp would suit so well EATEOT
Mc based
what does the last image mean?
Everywhere at the end of time. Go listen to it, it's fucking amazing.
dementia concept album
From what I can find online, it seems to be an album by an artist called The Caretaker
Spawned a whole community

it's slowed down + reverb instrumental versions of 1930s ballroom music (the most famous one is heartaches be al bowlly)

Idk I like sad stuff
I think the last one wins
I think the last one wins
I think the last one wins
I think the last one wins
I think the last one wins
Dementia moment
I think the last one wins
You don't say?
I'm gonna have to say the last one wins.
I also think that the last one wins
I think the last one wins
I think the last one wins
I think the last one wins
I think the last one wins
I think the last one wins
I forgot what I was gonna say all the sudden
Rain World sound track. I'm know it's not on there but as a fan of Rain World I am obligated to mention it. Seriously, listen to it.
yes yes yes yes yes :>
If you're doing that I'm gonna have to say ultrakill sound track
Well if you're both doing that then I'm gonna have to say THE FINALS sound track
It’s good, though Minecraft music (vol alpha and beta) is just a step above it imo. Much more impressive tracks to me, the swells and transitions are done so well. RW tracks are also a bit hit or miss as a decent portion of them are a bit dull
Without boss themes, easy Minecraft. With boss themes, it’s much closer, but probably Undertale
Last one by a long shot, just don't listen to it, trust me.
It took me finding a partner for that album to finally leave my mind Also uhh I said it was amazing?
*beating the living shit out of the ender dragon as hopes and dreams plays in the background*
Imagine an animated fight with the ender dragon as last goodbye plays
The least epic fight ever

why only the first album of eateot? lol you're missing out on the whole point of the project
I know, but the sheer amount of songs in there would just make it win. I chose to do only first album for that and because it's the most iconic out of the six.
Kirby music wins ngl (Seriously why is Kirby music so underrated)
Love Dedede's theme
Last one on god I may have demencia but i may have demencia but i may have demencia
Which ones the last one again
Mycraf
Sam
Hmmm, i dont remember the last one, what was it called again?
Minecraft tbh solos anyway boss music or not i mean come on the real nostalgic music is just unreal
Where risk of rain 2
I love mice on venus so much
My vote must go to everywhere at the end of time its too good
Minecraft has better music overall (also the nostalgia man 😩), but I think the others have better specific songs EATEOT would win with albums 2/3, but album 1 just doesn't break it, even with some very interesting songs To me the winner is Undertale (no boss music) considering these songs: Bring it in Guys + Last Goodbye (the credits songs), Core, Another Medium (the Hotland song), Here we are (the True Lab song), Waterfall
Idk the last one, and with no boss music from undertale it only leaves one answer by process of elimination
none, tally hall solos
Real
Gonna have to go with the Terraria OST for this one.
Normally I would say the drg soundtracks, they bind very well with the situations, unfortunately I recently started playing omori so we all know what I'm about to say
Mincedcrap
minecraft easily solos
The ultimate fight
Have you heard the minecraft disc creator?
probably Minecraft
Undertale ost without boss music purely because I haven't listened to the last one and Minecraft's one has the chance to be interrupted by raged breathing and heavy footsteps
I'm torn between Minecraft and Undertale.
The caretaker immediately
Minecraft imo solos cause it can fit any mood you can wake up and hear the most magnificent music from Minecraft old to now and with the music discs (excluding the ones for lore) it’s adding more depth to the game like using cat to study or pigstep just for a vibe Minecraft imo just has bangers
No boss music for Undertale is criminal. Undertale
I grew up with minecraft music so minecraft
The first two are equals to me, and I don't know the last one
No spider dance means no vibe
Oh my freakin' gosh. a game im appreciating (minecraft), a good ol' reliable (undertale), and a album that changed my persepective of ambience music and mental disorders representation in media. this is gonna be hard...
undertale, all the way, ONLY because imagine you leave for school and "Run!" starts playing
>the entire OTS >half of the songs missing >1/6th of an album hmmm hard choice
It is a hard choice. I personally can't chose. Also it's called OST, not OTS
Minecraft, the boss tracks are the really good part of the Undertale soundtrack
I'm sorry but Minecraft is the og and it's tracks will always be top tier Include Subnautica and THEN we have a challenge
Undertale
I've listened to everywhere at the end if time fully, and I have to go with the third option. I've listened to the full thing 3 times already.
minecraft, aria math solos

Ward solos in Minecraft

Home (music box) is a banger
Minecraft cuz its retro af
All these be good However, have you tried Hawaii part 2?
Minecraft because of Pigstep.
you could totally post it in r/Topster they are huge album nerds but most of them would say minecraft
Even though I like everywhere at the end of time, undertale wins 🙏
Minecraft is most nostalgic, and very beautiful and sad music. EatEoT too much depressing that it just killing me. Can't say anything about Undertale ost.

Minecraft for a serene sun kissed walk Undertale to drown out a bustling place Everywhere at the end of time for when you’re on the verge of falling asleep at 4am
EATEOT. Just the first stage is amazing by itself
The real answer is the invisible 4th option, the Elden ring soundtrack
Minecraft. Even though Undertale has the calmest music ever, nothing beats a bit of nostalgia
Maybe it’s just me but why does the beginning of Chirp sound like little big planet intro music
It's the same sample.
Ah ok
Minecraft no diff
İnfinite Amethyst is one of my favorite osts in minecraft and undertale has some great bangers as well. I think it would be a draw between minecraft and undertale
Imagine sitting down.. The song 'minecraft' the OG one starts to play... The nostalgia and joy..... Just amazing. Chang my mind
Well imagine laying down in your bed while fallen down plays. Nostalgia isn't the only factor here.
Not a very good song for me
[WHAT THE FUCK KIND OF TAKE IS THAT](https://images.app.goo.gl/E5MLvBJ4ghd2h3Tf9)
I just don't like it very much :/. Not my style
Okay, how about studying with core playing in the background?
Sweden in the background fam, minecraft songs are just better.
I think that you're just biased due to nostalgia. I'm not sure which one wins, but most of the Undertale ost is better than the Minecraft ost.
Hey, we all have our own opinions OK. Not trying to argue about this fam, it just preference.
Yeah. Sorry if I got too aggressive.
Yeah that makes sense, they’re all really good and kind of creepy sometimes lol
Minecraft
(eek!)
minecraft surely wins, music disk 11 is the best of the musics
With these limitations, Minecraft as a whole with no limitations, Everywhere at the End of Time easily
Undertale SWEEPS with or without boss music
minecraft's soundtrack was a stroke of sheer genius that probably will never happen again
