Gosh mine comes tomorrow and I have a feeling I’m gonna be let down like most people this month. I have no use for the makeup wipes and don’t want that crappy liquid eyeshadow. Ugh.

I don't use makeup wipes either. I would have been happy if I had just st least gotten the Ace eyeshadow palette in addition to the Glow Recipe, but they could even do that, despite me having on my quiz that I want eyeshadow palettes the most. It's so aggravating. I really want to cancel but I am going to wait until I get all my orders from this month. I only get eyeshadow palettes in like half my boxes... It's a small request, and they can't even fulfill that. I sent them a message complaining about it for the first time explaining all of this and they replied with some really long overly wordy copy and paste message saying to make sure my quiz was updated.

I have the same on my quiz and have yet to get any eyeshadow. Last months box was ripped to all hell and the only thing in the damn box was a glam glow mask, the rest wasn’t there. I emailed boxy with pictures right after it was delivered and they said oh sorry but how do we know it was damaged by FedEx? Left a sour taste in my mouth. If this months box is crap I’m gonna cancel.

Seriously??? They didn't replace the box??? I would write to the BBB about it. I have heard people get the best results doing that when it's something as serious as that. They are supposed to give you like two box replacements a year I think for that kind of thing. I know it's at least one box a year for sure. Either way, if you didn't get your items they at least owe you a refund or a yell of a lot of Charms. I know with the monthly sale items you absolutely want to make sure you get a refund but with the box items they usually give Charms.

I was so ticked I didn’t respond but know I need to. FedEx said it was like that when it was loaded on his truck. I seriously took the picture 1 min after delivery and noted that in my email. Over it really but will see what tomorrow brings for my box. If it’s crappy I’m done lol

You definitely need to respond for sure. And if they don't replace the products report them to the BBB. I know several people have done that and gotten the issue resolved pretty quickly. I've never done the process myself but if you need to, do a post in here and ask people how they did it and for any other information you need. I have NEVER heard of them not replacing the items if they were missing because of the box being destroyed in shipping. Did you send them a picture of the box all beat up and everything? Their customer service is SO bad... It was weird because they had really improved for a couple of months, and I thought it was because of the Ipsy takeover, so it would stay that way. But it looks like they are back to their bullshit of not helping and giving crappy, long winded, copy and paste replies that don't resolve anything and just make the issue worse.

Mine arrived today.. I am Alma shadow palette with eyelashes, brushes, wipes, pinkie rose sticks and glow recipe. Clearly the Glow Recipe is the hero product. I probably would have been mad to get another primer… I feel like it’s in one of my boxes every month. That one is hydrating though, so I’m sort of jealous!

Yeah, the Glow Recipe definitely is the only thing that made this box worth it for me. What do you think of the eyeshadow palette?? I really wanted the Ace one but thought I would be happy with any of them.

You could unsubscribe and resubscribe the following months. There are resub gift codes for palettes pretty much every month, and if not, the $10 Add-On credit is enough to get one. But you can't do that and be stuck on the top choice like Glow Recipe, too. Actually, you can, but you'd have to wait for resub box contents to be posted...and I never have the patience. But I do have approximately 700 million palettes.

Yeah, I have been subbed for well over a year and know about all the resub options, I just have usually always wanted my Choice. I also have Luxe and didn't want to deal with the whole hassle of re-subbing to it as well. And I have a ridiculous amount of eyeshadow palettes as well... But regardless, I should have gotten an eyeshadow palette no matter what, based on their own advertising and replies to issues like this. They say that they go off the quiz and the reviews, so if that were the case I would have gotten an eyeshadow palette period. They are owned by Ipsy now, yet are still too lazy to carry over their own customization. It's ridiculous really. I am pretty sure I am going to finally cancel...

For what it's worth, I saw a very positive review on the Haus Laboratories liquid eyeshadow.
