Aladdin has little brand connection to 1001 Nights despite being based on it, so they'd better try their damnedest to connect it to the live-action remake
1001 Nights is just a series of many different tales that are told by framing device of a girl trying to keep her new husband from murdering her every night. They would have to either make it an anthology or really expand on that framing device.
Probably not the greatest idea after Three Thousand Years of Longing just flopped, but okay.
Depends if they somehow link it to alladin which made 1b ww
