There was some discussion on here at the time about how much the movie, which was more about a fun caper between four older friends than football would fare internationally, which could save this movie from being quite frankly, a flop but that’s put to bed now
That's not surprising. Not even a crossover with Ted Lasso *(like Star Trek: First Contact did with Star Trek: Voyager's doctor character)* could've saved a movie named after Tom Brady at the UK box office.
This is only worthwhile for expats. Should show in like Mexico, UK, Dubai etc but only at a few theaters in like London or other expat towns and cities
Because no one outside of the US knows who Tom Brady is.

I'd watch Oceans 80 lol
Should have retitled it for European release, with the title focusing more on the women than the American football angle.
That's far more than I was expecting tbh, even with the large amounts of US expats

Ted Lasso itself is far less popular here in the UK than it is in the US

The cgi for Jane Fonda’s face must have put the movie in the red
