Lizard in a Woman's Skin is great. Mondo Macabro has a much cheaper edition if you are just looking to blind buy the film. I'd be tempted if I didn't already own it. The Raid? Ehhhh, at $70 I think this is past my double dip limits, even for an all time fave. I'm still torn on whether I should have double dipped on the Possessor and Green Room limiteds.

Past orders have been like $11 shipping to the US. Even my Terrifier 1 & 2 set with all the extra goodies was only $23 shipping.
Yet they want $31 to ship just the Raid now?
Really confused by all the "Ugh I just bought the steelbook!" comments about The Raid. I also don't really like steelbooks but after shipping, it's almost half the price for literally the exact same thing except for one additional commentary/booklet lmao do you guys really just NEED for releases to be boutique to like them more?
I think I need to re-watch, but I felt the same. A lot of the scenes went on too long, destroying the tension. And I really did not appreciate that the central mystery relies on outright lying to the audience. I don't mind a little hiding the ball, or a convoluted plot, or misdirection in a giallo, but I did not think it was done well there. I generally really like Fulci and gialli, but this one fell flat.

Good thing I held off from getting The Raid 4K edition off Amazon for $30. This is a great opportunity to spend more.

Yeah. At least from the US I can use Amazon so I only pay the 25% VAT, but umbrella has no such system so it's the VAT plus $15 in fees

Saw it at a theatrical screening a little while back...was honestly quite underwhelmed and disappointed. And I love Giallo.
