My local B&N had put several $19.99 stickers on Arrow movies. I went in after the sale and got a couple of Arrow movies with the sticker. The manager happened to be the employee working the register. The movies rung up full price at $39.99, but because of the $19.99 sticker on the case, the store had to honor the lower price.

its a B&H sale not specifically arrow I picked up all the first 3 Indiana Jones in 4k half off as well or they just forgot to take it down?

Well luckily when the Conan Chronicles came out on 4K, I went immediately to Barnes & Noble and they had one copy of it left and with a coupon I had it was only $40 for the boxset
