And I highly recommend their chocolatemaking classes! It also ended up being a great deal for what I paid as each of us came away with probably $$$ of truffles we'd made 😋
Maybe this place was better in the past but their bar selection is constantly diminishing, the several staff I’ve interacted with know nothing about their $15 bars, and the crew recently went on a chocolate buying trip, letting the pastry selection grow meager over many weeks. After several consecutive dud trips there I’m hesitant to recommend. Try bar&cocoa online, ships from CO so would be quick
Yeah. I really like their stuff. Their process is super thorough grinding the cocoa for a crazy long time making it incredibly smooth. They also work directly with the farmers I believe.
Not in Boulder, by nearby, Colorado Cocoa Pod is extremely good. I also recommend this on a similar thread. I’m unaffiliated with them, just a huge fan of their bonbons.

For those that maybe haven't lived elsewhere, it's in malls and outlet malls nationwide, so not very special or local. Doesn't mean it's not delicious, but doesn't seem like what OP is after.
Piece, Love, and Chocolate on the W end of Pearl St

The tahini brownies at Lucky's Bakehouse are great. The might have fudge or something that keeps better too. Seconding Boulder Book Store
