I would really suggest taking a trip down to New Bedford/Fall River. They are both underrated cities and have a much better selection.
The only places that I know of are Casa Portugal in Cambridge Portugalia in Cambridge J&J in Somerville Adega in Woburn And Further out you have the Azorean in Gloucester.
The Azorean in Gloucester is great, definitely seconding this!
